Job Purpose
Peter Duffy Ltd and United Infrastructure are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of wastewater infrastructure projects across the Yorkshire Water AMP8 framework.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and supervision of both self-delivery civil engineering operations and specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Working across a range of wastewater treatment and network projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence while supporting Yorkshire Water's investment objectives.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Site Manager role within civil engineering or utility infrastructure projects.
Strong experience delivering wastewater, water, or utility infrastructure works.
Experience managing both direct labour and specialist subcontractors.
Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction programmes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
Experience working within Yorkshire Water or other UK Water Industry frameworks.
Knowledge of AMP programmes and wastewater treatment processes.
Temporary Works awareness.
Experience in confined space environments.
Understanding of NEC contracts and project delivery processes.
