External Site Manager - Southampton - Facade/Steel Frame/Recladding/Remediation/High Rise Demolition - Freelance or Perm (18months +)

My client operate with a dual capability, acting as both a Principal Contractor and a Specialist Subcontractor, allowing them to manage complex projects from design through to completion.

Full remediation project (£10m)

My client are looking for an External Site Manager, to join the team in Southampton.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor progress against programme
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Quality Assurance

This role can be permanent or freelance with ongoing works in the South Coast (18months+)
