Landscape Architect
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a creative and motivated Landscape Architect to join a well-established environmental and landscape consultancy based near Ashwell. Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, the successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects across the UK, delivering high-quality landscape design and environmental solutions. As a Landscape Architect, you will;
Prepare landscape designs, masterplans, and detailed technical drawings.
Produce Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), Landscape Appraisals, and supporting reports where appropriate.
Assist with all stages of project delivery, from initial concept through to implementation.
Create high-quality graphics, visualisations, and presentation material.
Work closely with clients, planners, ecologists, architects, and other environmental specialists.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and project consultations.
Manage project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of technical and creative output.
You will ideally have;
A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (or be working towards Chartership).
Previous experience within a UK landscape architecture or environmental consultancy.
Strong design, technical, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, with GIS and SketchUp experience considered advantageous.
Good knowledge of UK planning policy and landscape guidance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
