We're now recruiting for the 2026/2027 season, join us for another exciting year of matchdays and events!

Join us as a Casual Hospitality Team Member, where you'll create memorable experiences for every guest, delivering great service in a fast paced and vibrant matchday environment.

Contract: Casual (includes weekend and evening shifts)

Hourly Pay: £13.45

What You'll Do

• Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) to tables promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and your teammates to deliver a smooth, top quality service
• Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency
• Work behind the bar serving drinks, pouring pints, and keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming
• Keep the operation running seamlessly before, during, and after events
• Handle payments accurately and confidently
• Support with setup and clean down

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, approachable personality and great spirit
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
• Must be 18 or over (due to alcohol service requirements)
