Turning Point UK in Leyland/Chorley area is seeking an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to lead our supported accommodation for up to 30 Young People across four sites. You will ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation Regulations and Ofsted Quality Standards, prioritising safety, learning, and person-centred support.
You will recruit, coach, and retain teams, deliver robust supervision, manage budgets, and secure effective referrals and move-on planning.
