At Gartner Consulting UK, you will advise the country's most influential organizations, guiding CIOs, CEOs, and senior government leaders through decisions that shape the next decade.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to define technology strategies that enable growth, efficiency, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Lead hands on consulting engagements to move clients from "what should we do?" to "how do we make this real?"
- Drive measurable value by modernising platforms, rationalising applications, migrating to cloud, unlocking data and analytics, managing cyber risk, and optimising cost.
- Expand the account portfolio and grow revenue through strategic relationship development and consistent identification and closure of new opportunities.
- Inspire, coach, and develop high performing consultants.

Qualifications & Desired Attributes
- Proven background in a well regarded consulting firm with balanced client delivery and revenue generation.
- Strong foundation in technology problem solving (architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy).
- Credibility across multiple IT domains.
- Track record of leading teams, influencing executives, and delivering outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt frameworks to unique situations.
- Stamina and presence to juggle multiple senior level priorities.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
