Financial Adviser

Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Recruit UK is partnering with a respected financial planning firm in St Ives that is looking to grow its adviser team. The business is open to speaking with both experienced Financial Advisers and Level 4 qualified professionals looking to take the next step in their careers.

You'll join a supportive environment where advisers are backed by experienced paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.

As a Financial Adviser, you will:

• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Manage an existing portfolio of clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow your client bank.
• Conduct annual reviews and ongoing servicing.
• Work closely with dedicated paraplanning and administration support.
• Deliver compliant, high quality advice.

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Advising experience or a desire to progress into advice.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Client focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £35,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
