As a Front of Store Volunteer, you'll be the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is vital in enhancing the customer experience and supporting our mission to raise essential funds for pets in need.
In this role, you'll greet and assist shoppers as they enter the store, providing a warm and helpful first impression. You'll guide customers in finding what they're looking for, answer their questions, and offer excellent service throughout their visit. Additionally, you'll help maintain the store's appearance by keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and well organised, and assist with setting up eye catching product displays that attract and engage customers. Your involvement will also include supporting store operations, such as restocking shelves and ensuring our shop always looks its best. Your positive attitude and dedication will contribute to a pleasant shopping atmosphere and ensure our store runs smoothly.
