Grounds Maintenance Driver

Location: South Oxhey

Hourly wage: £13.15 per hour

Ongoing, seasonal full time contract

The aim of this role is to assistant the local authority s grounds team with the maintenance of public parks, green open spaces and grass verges on public roads and highways.

Previous grounds maintenance experience is essential as is a full, manual driving licence.

• Grass and hedge cutting using petrol mowers, strimmers and hedge cutters
• Litter picking and sweeping
• Leaf clearance with brooms/shovels and petrol blowers
• A good team player
• Basic flowerbed maintenance including weeding
• Ensure you work in the safest possible way at all times
• Reliable and an excellent timekeeper
• Driving of a 3.5tn van and ride-on mower
