21GRAMS- Associate Creative Director, Copy

21GRAMS, a Real Chemistry subsidiary, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy. The role involves leading creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts, crafting compelling narratives, and collaborating with art teams to produce strategically focused campaigns.

• Structure a complete narrative and write in different voices to suit client and audience.
• Work with ACD and Art to produce standout, strategically focused campaigns and experiences.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
• Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships.
• Develop concepts and execute campaigns aligned with client strategy.
• Oversee day to day deliverables for the team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
• Mentor teams both internally and externally.
• Manage award submissions and case studies for the brand.
• Participate in high level projects and new business pitches.

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• 5 7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment.
• A consistent record of creative ability and judgment.

$160,000 - $190,000.

Real HART: We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe. For employees within an hour of an office, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We also support remote work and quarterly in person collaboration for regional teams.
