Golden Fox Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing beauty brand that's looking for a commercially minded Demand Planner to join the business during an exciting period of growth.
Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in ensuring the business has the right products in the right place at the right time. Working across ecommerce, DTC, wholesale and retail channels, you'll be responsible for turning data into meaningful insight, helping the business make smarter decisions around stock, forecasting and future demand

The role
As a Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts, improving stock visibility and supporting product launches while working closely with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing demand forecasts across DTC, wholesale and retail channels
- Managing inventory levels to ensure products remain available while reducing excess stock
- Supporting new product launches through accurate forecasting and planning
- Working closely with Finance to improve stock visibility and commercial planning
- Producing WSSI and stock reporting to support business decisions
- Analysing sales trends, customer demand and stock performance
- Identifying potential supply risks and making recommendations to improve availability
- Supporting purchasing and replenishment decisions through accurate forecasting and demand analysis
- Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain to improve planning processes and reporting
- Driving improvements in forecasting accuracy and data quality
About you
You'll be commercially aware, highly analytical and enjoy working with data to solve problems.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Merchandise Planning or Inventory Planning
- Experience within a fast-paced beauty, cosmetics, fashion, ecommerce or DTC consumer brand would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management and stock planning
- Experience producing WSSI or similar stock planning reports
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence analysing large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance and Operations teams
