Machine OperatorNight Shift£12.71 per hour + Fortnightly Shift AllowanceWe are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing and machine operating experience who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist production environment. Full training will be provided on specific machinery, but candidates must have a background in manufacturing and experience operating machinery within a production setting.Shift Pattern:

• Permanent Night Shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 2-weekly rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery following training
• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
• Conducting routine quality checks and recording production data
• Loading raw materials and monitoring production output
• Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience operating machinery within a factory setting
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow processes and work instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable with a flexible and positive attitude
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
