Position: Lifeguard (Bank)

Salary: £12.84 per hour

At Nuffield Health, we pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our members and visitors. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well being of our members while they use the pool and other wet side facilities.

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

You should hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, willingness to learn new skills, passion for customer care and a real team player mindset are essential.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
