Key Responsibilities of the Property Solicitor:

• Building rapport and liaising with estate agents, clients and lenders.
• Remaining compliant with firm procedures and policies.
• Attending Network events and assisting in business development for the Property department.
• Overseeing a residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Handling property sales and remortgages.
• Working with clients on transfers of equity, leases, and refinancing matters.
• Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and resolving complex property queries.

Requirements for the Property Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a valid practising certificate
• Minimum 2+ years PQE in residential and/or commercial property
• Knowledge of property law and Land Registry procedures
• Excellent communication
• Previous experience working with either complex or high value cases.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Additional Information for the Property Solicitor:

• Monday to Friday
• 09.00 - 17.30
• Although working outside there hours may be necessary.
• £45,000 - £75,000 DOE.
