Gym Duty Manager: Lead Member Experience & Sales

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for the Enfield Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This permanent part time role (up to 40 hours weekly) offers a salary up to £28,618.48 per year, depending on experience. You will help run the club, engage with members, and support the team to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires demonstrable sales experience, exceptional communication, and a can do attitude. You may need to swim well and participate in on site lifeguard coverage and training.
