Lead Care & Housing Manager, Extra Care Scheme

Radis Community Care is seeking a Service Manager to lead care services at Bannister Brook House and Greenwood Court Extra Care Scheme in Leyland. You will promote a caring environment, ensure professional practice, and manage quality assurance across the service.

You will support assessments, develop personalised care plans with appropriate agencies and families, and help coordinate rosters to meet tenants' needs while participating in on call shifts as required.
