Aston Villa Foundation is seeking a Young Women and Girls Engagement Officer to lead targeted programmes that empower young women and girls. You will plan and deliver both sporting and non-sporting activities to boost confidence, resilience and aspiration while providing supportive mentoring.
Based in Villa Park with travel to community sessions, the role requires excellent communication, empathy and the ability to build trusted relationships with participants, schools and partners.
