Swim Instructor (Bank)

Bank - Part Time

Pay: Up to £17.70 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
• Deliver one to one lessons or group classes.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
• Teach to meet people's individual needs.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities.

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a passion for swimming.
• Experience of meeting targets and working with colleagues to improve lesson performance.
