As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Broker with strong Property & Casualty experience to join the team.The Role This is a broad, client-facing position, working closely with the leadership team and managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients. Responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing commercial client relationships across a range of industries.
Providing advice across a broad spectrum of Property & Casualty risks.
Handling renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.
Negotiating with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing relationships.
Delivering a high level of technical and relationship-led service.
Working collaboratively within a small team where everyone plays an important role in the success of the business.
About You We're keen to speak with individuals who:
Have solid commercial insurance broking experience.
Possess strong technical knowledge across Property & Casualty insurance.
Enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and insurer partners.
Are proactive, commercially minded and self-sufficient.
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy the variety that comes with working in a smaller business.
