General Service Assistant

Location: Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 4PQ

Hourly Rate: £TBA (£12.71 for over 21s)

Hours: Permanent, zero hours contract, as required

Shift Times: Varied shift patterns

Aramark UK is recruiting a General Service Assistant to join our Defence team at RMA Sandhurst. This is a permanent flexible role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast paced environment. There will be occasional support required at CTC Frimley.

You'll mainly work front of house, supporting day to day operations by serving food and beverages, operating tills, keeping dining areas clean, and assisting both front and back of house. You'll deliver excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary; it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

• Barista work
• Washing up
• General cleaning
• Serve food and alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages to customers
• Operate tills and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Support stock rotation and replenishment
• Always uphold health and safety standards.

• Previous customer facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided)
• Proficient level of spoken English
• Must be 18+
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required)
