Location: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey
Contract: Temporary
Shifts:- Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Nights: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Pay Rates:- Days: £12.75 per hour
- Nights: £13.36 per hour
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client's busy manufacturing team based in Sunbury-on-Thames.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Pack products accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Follow production schedules and company procedures.
- Report any faults, defects, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Support colleagues in achieving daily production targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good timekeeping and a reliable work ethic.
