Make 2025 the year to make a difference to the life of every child and young person through positive experiences.

We are looking for male support workers to help open and establish our new family home, caring for young people who have sometimes complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling difficult situations but you could be the person to change a life for the better.

Why choose Keys Group for your career?

Keys Group provides innovative care and education services to children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. We try and make every day extraordinary for the children we care for and support, because we believe in every single one of them.

As a therapeutic support worker you will:

  • Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager.
  • Act as a positive role model to give encouragement and praise.
  • Enjoy fun days out such as swimming, go karting, skating and revisit missed milestones.
  • Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations.
  • Build friendships and trusting relationships.
  • Help them to find pleasure in everyday tasks.
  • Empower them to make decisions about themselves.

As well as competitive pay and in house professional support we provide and fully fund the necessary training to achieve valuable externally accredited qualifications.

Contact us today to hear how you can join us in helping care for children to lead happy, healthy and successful lives.
