This is a SME client-focused role, handling a varied book of Commercial risks. You'll be trusted to look after clients properly, spot the detail, and build relationships that last.
What you'll be doing as Commercial Account Handler:
- Handling a portfolio of SME Commercial clients across a range of risks
- Managing MTAs, renewals, new business and general client queries
- Speaking with clients regularly and building strong, long-term relationships
- Working closely with Insurers and internal colleagues to get the right outcomes
- Keeping files accurate and compliant (the details matter here)
What we're looking for as Commercial Account Handler:
- Commercial Account Handling experience (any level considered if you can demonstrate the fundamentals)
- A great personality - someone confident, friendly and professional with clients
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
- Someone dedicated, who genuinely cares about client service
- Ambition: you want to make a name for yourself and build a long-term career
