Our facilities team are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our highly successful team of more than 50 sports staff dedicated to ensuring that an NTU student's lifestyle is much more than lectures and lie ins. You will work across our two high quality sport sites which have a range of different facilities including a Climbing Wall, Sports Hall, Squash Courts, 3G pitch, Grass Pitches, Fitness Suites and more.

• Main point of contact for all enquiries regarding our sports facilities and fitness suites.
• Front of house for all NTU customers.
• Assisting with telephone and booking enquiries.
• Enrolling new members, processing bookings and payments.
• Using a computerised booking system and providing administrative support.
• Setting up sports equipment.
• Working flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

• Reliable and conscientious.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good teamwork.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
