Production Team Leader

Team Leader - Temporary (2-3 Months, Potential to Extend)

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of our client. This is initially a 2-3 month temporary position, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.

Pay Rate:

• £14.72 per hour
  
  

Working Hours:

• Shifts will vary between:
  
  
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm
    
    
  • 7:30am - 4:00pm
    
    
• Candidates must be flexible, as shift times will change between these two patterns.
  
  

The Role:

• Leading and supporting the production team
  
  
• Ensuring daily production targets are met
  
  
• Booking customer orders using a computer system
  
  
• Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
  
  
• Supporting the smooth running of the production department
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous production experience is essential
  
  
• Team leader or supervisory experience is desirable
  
  
• Good computer skills and confidence using booking/order systems
  
  
• A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
  
  
• Strong communication and organisational skills
