We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Vincent team as our dedicated design voice for integrations and API experiences. Vincent combines a global legal database with cutting-edge AI to handle complex legal work, and your work will focus on how Vincent connects with the broader legal technology ecosystem to deliver seamless, powerful workflows for enterprise clients. This role is based in the UK. If you are local to one of our hubs (Manchester, London, or Dublin) you will be expected to be in office minimum two days per week for our Anchor Days.

What your team doesDesign plays an integral role at Clio, making up one of the three pillars of our Research and Development organization alongside Product Management and Engineering. Product designers directly engage in researching the behaviors and needs of our users. They act as user experience champions as we work to transform the way that lawyers and their staff provide services to their clients. What you'll work onCompensation is one of the main components of Clio's Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high performing culture.
The expected salary range for this role is £73,100 to £99,100 GBP. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio.
