We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.
This is a community based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.
You will:You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential RequirementsWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. Due to the specific needs of some young people, there may be occasions where we recruit practitioners of a particular gender where this is a lawful Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
