Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity - Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser

As Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will lead on both new business development and the growth of existing partnerships. The role includes responsibility for managing a significant income budget and working collaboratively with colleagues across RNRMC to maximise corporate support and long term impact.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Take strategic responsibility for securing new corporate partnerships and increasing sustainable corporate income in line with agreed annual targets.
• Independently manage and deliver against a significant six figure corporate income budget, with clear KPI ownership and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain a strong, research led pipeline of corporate prospects across multiple sectors.
• Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partners through tailored written proposals, pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead the account management of product partnerships and Bridge Partners, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and partnerships are strategically grown year on
• Deliver high quality, bespoke stewardship plans to maximise partner retention, income growth and long term value.
• Identify, negotiate and secure sponsorship income and commercial opportunities aligned to fundraising campaigns and events.

Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, account management or a comparable role. You will be highly organised and self motivated, with strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at a senior level. The role requires comfort working towards ambitious targets, managing competing priorities and maintaining accurate records, alongside a professional, flexible and calm approach under pressure.
