Organic Growers Alliance is looking for a Seasonal Horticultural Labourer to join their team for the 2026 growing season at The Organic Farm Shop, Abbey Home Farm, Cirencester. The role involves assisting in all aspects of crop production and harvesting a variety of organic fruits and vegetables. Essential qualifications include prior experience in organic horticulture and the physical ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
