Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 per annum. Benefits: range of benefits.

We are a fast-growing international firm with an exceptional track record of growth and innovation. We seek a Transactional Tax Associate Director to help clients manage the tax aspects of corporate finance activity and provide ongoing tax support for portfolio companies.

As a Transactional Tax Associate Director, you will work directly with partners to deliver comprehensive advice, minimizing tax exposure and considering all relevant business tax, VAT, international, and employee issues. You will also be responsible for developing new business with existing and prospective clients.

• Deliver comprehensive tax advice to clients, minimizing tax exposure.
• Consider relevant business tax, VAT, international, and employee issues.
• Develop new business with existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain key relationships, providing excellent client service.
• Manage successful delivery of tax projects.
• Provide tax due diligence and evaluate companies for existing and potential tax issues from buy side and sell side perspectives.
• Offer structuring advice to ensure tax efficient operations supporting acquisitions, disposals, and entity/shareholder level tax matters.
• Manage staff, foster growth through training, monitor performance, and act as line manager.
• Engage in business development activities to raise the firm's profile and discover new opportunities.
• Leverage established relationships to identify new business opportunities and cross referrals, building valuable client and internal relationships.
