A fast-growing eCommerce and brand growth business helping consumer brands scale through TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing and creator partnerships. The team works closely with brands, creators and affiliates to drive commercial growth in one of the fastest-moving areas of digital commerce.
Role overview
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem and wants to play a hands-on role helping brands grow. You'll work directly with both brands and affiliates, supporting partnership growth, creator outreach, campaign execution and wider commercial strategy.
The role would suit someone who understands how products gain traction online - whether through TikTok Shop, affiliate campaigns, creator marketing or eCommerce growth strategies - and who's excited by the pace of a scaling business.

What you're good at
- Understanding of TikTok Shop and the wider creator/eCommerce ecosystem
- Exposure to affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or social commerce
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in brand growth
- Organised and proactive approach to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident speaking with both brands and creators/affiliates
- Interest in social trends, content and digital consumer behaviour
Bonus points for
- Experience working with TikTok Shop sellers or agencies
- Hands-on experience helping grow an eCommerce or creator-led brand
- Familiarity with influencer outreach or affiliate platforms
- Experience in a startup, agency or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of social-first brands and online communities
