You'll help move teams from delivery-focused beginnings into mature, high-performing engineering environments. Beyond building services, you'll drive improvements across the full software lifecycle - from modernising applications and migrating services into Azure, to ensuring operational stability through strong engineering practices. You'll work closely with architects and senior stakeholders to align solutions with long-term strategy while also supporting live services that underpin critical business functions. Your decisions will influence how these systems are shaped, ensuring they are scalable, secure and fit for the future. Working in an environment that is transitioning to a more permanent, sustainable engineering capability, you'll play a key role in embedding best practices, improving code quality and strengthening long-term ownership of our platforms. This role would suit someone who enjoys building new things, shaping technical direction and working on complex systems at scale.
