Step in immediately as an Interim Financial Reporting Manager for a nationally recognised organisation. This is a hands on leadership role with clear ownership.

• Set direction and pace for a small finance team-coach, upskill, and create momentum.
• Own the month/quarter/year end close and external reporting-deliver right first time outputs.
• Take responsibility for audit delivery-coordinate stakeholders and keep timelines tight.
• Safeguard balance sheet integrity-lead reconciliations and controls.
• Elevate management reporting-turn data into insight and action for senior leaders.
• Drive ad hoc and commercial analysis that informs decisions in a complex, changing environment.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; first movers from Practice with managerial experience welcomed.
• Proven technical depth in IFRS/financial reporting and control.
• Track record leading people-setting standards, delegating effectively, and coaching for results.
• Confident operator with senior stakeholders; calm, structured, and credible under pressure.
• Experience steering audit processes end to end.
