Interim Public Sector HR Strategy Partner

Broughton Group is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our public sector client in Birmingham. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR services that align with organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in public sector environments, and will be responsible for managing complex employee relations matters and leading change initiatives. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days a week in the Birmingham office.
