Key Account Manager (Commercial Waste)
Location: Hybrid East Midlands / UK travel required
Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing service-led organisation for a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts across the UK.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while taking ownership of commercial performance, retention, and account growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a high level of service while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and long-term value.
The Role
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring strong account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
This role combines relationship management with commercial accountability, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing both operational and commercial conversations.
