Recruitment Officer

The RoleWe are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the search for a Recruitment Officer to join their HR team based at their Leeming site.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys both strategic hiring and high-volume recruitment, offering the chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced and growing business.The RoleAs Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, from specialist and office-based positions through to high-volume and seasonal production hiring.Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure the business attracts, engages, and secures high-quality talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from brief through to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role criteria
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct search
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear candidate communication
• Deliver high-volume and seasonal recruitment campaigns for operational roles
• Build strong talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
• Manage offers and support salary negotiations in line with company policy

The PersonAbout You

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
• Experience of both specialist and high-volume recruitment (desirable)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly professional approach
