About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory or Senior HR Assistant role, ideally within professional services.

  • Experience handling ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • A proactive and pragmatic approach, with strong commercial awareness.
