Job Title: Product Specialist (Construction Parts)Location: BiggleswadeSalary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience + Profit Share + BenefitsHybrid Working after probation Do you have experience with construction equipment parts, plant machinery or compact earth-moving equipment? We're looking for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, providing technical product support and advice across a specialist construction parts range.The Role

• Respond to technical customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations and recommend suitable parts
• Support customers with online ordering/webshop use
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
• Analyse sales data and product performance
• Work with internal teams to improve product offering

About YouYou'll ideally have experience in:

• Construction equipment parts
• Plant machinery or agricultural machinery
• Equipment servicing, maintenance or repair
• Technical parts sales or product support

Skills needed:

• Strong technical knowledge of serviceable parts
• Good understanding of compact construction equipment
• Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good IT skills
