Accountable Recruitment are working with our client who are a high-growth, investment-led organisation that's undergoing significant transformation as they scale and deliver long-term strategic projects across the UK.
They're now looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join at a pivotal time - a role with real visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to influence senior decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing
Sitting at the heart of the business, you'll combine technical expertise with commercial insight to drive performance and challenge decision-making.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a large investment portfolio
- Provide clear, actionable insight to support senior leaders
- Challenge assumptions and drive efficiency across key projects
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented finance team
- Oversee financial governance, controls, and reporting
- Turn complex data into meaningful recommendations that influence real outcomes
About You
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong background in commercial finance / business partnering
- Experience leading or mentoring others
- Confident working with large, complex data sets and translating insight
- Strong stakeholder skills - able to influence and challenge at senior level
- Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Experience in large-scale project environments is a bonus - but not essential.
