• Assist with a varied Private Client caseload
• Support on drafting Wills and estate planning documents
• Assist with Estate Administration matters
• Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Support with Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications
• Attend client meetings and assist with relationship management
• Work closely with an experienced team while developing your skills

This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure and the chance to build your experience in Private Client law.What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal
• Strong interest in Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
• Professional and confident when dealing with clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable:

• Working towards qualification (SQE, CILEX or equivalent)
• Exposure to Court of Protection work
