Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive 3+ PQE Herefordshire Full time or Part Time Available Hybrid Working Up to £70,000The OpportunityWe are working with a well established and highly regarded regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their thriving team in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to walk into a full and varied caseload.This role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in dispute resolution, with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload. The firm is open to structuring the role around a particular specialism where appropriate.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload that may include:• Commercial and Contractual Disputes• Emergency Injunctions• Partnership & Directors' Disputes• Property Disputes• Landlord & Tenant • Insolvency Related Litigation• Professional Negligence• Corporate DisputesYou will be expected to:• Handle matters from inception to conclusion with minimal supervision• Manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently• Deliver high quality client care and practical legal advice• Work collaboratively within a well resourced litigation teamAbout You• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive• 3+ PQE (experience valued over PQE level)• Able to hit the ground running and work unsupervised• Comfortable managing a busy and sometimes mixed caseload• Strong communication and organisational skills• Solid employment history and commitment to quality workWorking Arrangements• Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days office based (after notice/probation)• Flexible working patterns considered (full time or part time)• Office base flexible across any of the firm's officesSalary & Benefits• 33 days' holiday FTE, including bank holidays• Birthday off• 3 days off between Christmas and New Year (not taken from annual leave)• Life insurance • Enhanced maternity pay• Access to health and wellbeing services • Regular staff outings and social events• Excellent staff retention and supportive working cultureHow to Apply:Contact Alicia Forde on or email quoting Job Ref: eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
