Are you an experienced HR Advisor who has worked within the manufacturing industry? Our client is a leading precision component manufacturer who are looking for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.   • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
  • Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, apprenticeships and contractual changes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and promote company values, culture, and continuous improvement
  • Drive employee engagement, training and development initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain legal compliance and fair application of HR policies.
HR AdvisorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • CIPD qualified
  • Well-versed carrying out a similar generalist HR position
  • Experienced working within the manufacturing industry
