Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships across the Doncaster territory. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive expert product knowledge and excellent service.

Your key responsibility will be:

  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Essential: Electrical wholesale or supplier industry experience
  • Knowledge of electrical products and the trade sector
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
