Position: Registered Manager
Location: Hounslow, West London
Salary: up to 45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full time

Career Makers are partnering with a highly regarded Care Provider who are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their small bedded Learning Disability & Residential service in the heart of Hounslow. You will oversee the smooth running of the home, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, while leading a dedicated team and collaborating with external professionals to ensure the wellbeing and long-term sustainability of the service.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and maintain CQC compliance
• Support, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
• Contribute to the strategic development and long-term sustainability of the service
• Manage operational, financial, and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring services adapt to changing needs
  

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

• Experience in a Registered Manager role or equivalent leadership position
• Passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs
