Senior Vehicle Technician

A well-established garage in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands-on Senior Vehicle Technician. This is a chance to take the lead as Supervisor in a busy, modern workshop where quality and customer trust are everything.

What you ll do as the Senior Vehicle Technician:

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship.
• Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.

Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• MOT Tester qualification.
• 10+ years vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
