Senior Town Planner
Location: Bedford (Hybrid)

A respected, independent planning consultancy in Bedford is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Planner looking to progress their career, gain exposure to high-profile projects, and work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of planning projects across residential, commercial and strategic land
Prepare, submit and manage planning applications, appeals and appraisals
Provide planning advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor junior colleagues and support team development
Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the team
Requirements:
MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
Proven experience within a planning consultancy or local authority
Strong communication, report writing and client-facing skills
Ability to manage projects with autonomy and meet deadlines
