Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive Location: Darwen, Lancashire/ Hybrid A highly regarded legal practice in Lancashire is seeking an ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join a specialist Private Client team with a proven track record of nurturing talent and developing careers. The Private Client Solicitor will work closely with senior leadership and benefit from a consistent flow of high-quality work generated by an established client base.Key Responsibilities
- Drafting tax-efficient wills
- Advising on inheritance tax planning and asset protection
- Implementing lifetime trusts, including care fee planning strategies
- Managing the administration of estates, including taxable estates
- Handling trust administration matters
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing applications to the Court of Protection
