What we need from you
  • Experience leading an Accounts Payable function or team in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on leadership style with a genuine focus on developing people
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A calm, structured approach with the ability to bring stability and direction
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Good Excel skills with the ability to interpret and work with financial data
