GSL Education are looking for motivated and personable individuals with a background in sports, coaching, or fitness to take on school-based support roles across Worksop. These positions are firmly rooted in education working within classrooms to support learning, assist with behaviour management, supervise lessons, and help keep students engaged and on track throughout the school day.

About the Role:
This is a school-based support role, not a sports delivery position. Your day-to-day focus will be on assisting teachers in the classroom, supervising lessons, and providing learning and behaviour support to pupils who need it most. The confidence, discipline, and communication skills you have developed through sport will be invaluable but your primary purpose is to support students in their learning, not to coach them in sport.
