About us

We are an early-stage behavioural analytics firm working with estate agents and private vendors in the London prime residential property market. We quantify pricing and execution failures across named agencies and sell evidence-led intelligence and managed execution engagements.

The role

Expand our B2B pipeline into London estate agencies. You will:

  • Identify and approach principals, directors, and branch owners at target agencies
  • Book qualified meetings for the founder
  • Support pitch delivery using pre-built materials and a defined engagement protocol
  • Maintain outbound cadence and pipeline hygiene

This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. It is evidence-led, low-volume, high-precision outreach - each interaction uses agency-specific performance data as the opener.
